The LIBA Foundation has selected its 2019 Free Enterprise Scholarship recipients. The 15 winners were announced at our May LIBA Luncheon. Check back in January 2020 for information on our 2020 Free Enterprise Scholarships!

In 2019, the LIBA Foundation awarded $15,000 in scholarships to high school and home school seniors in Lancaster County. Nine $1,000 scholarships were awarded to any senior, while six $1,000 scholarships were awarded to seniors who are dependents of a LIBA Member business-owner or employee. Applicants were required to submit an application, Scholastic Rating Scale (completed by their high school or home school counselor), and a 250-300 word essay on the meaning of Free Enterprise. To date, the LIBA Foundation has awarded more than $225,000 in scholarships to local youth!
